Go with the flow
Go with the flow
Made from champagne, cava, and prosecco bottles, this piece includes all shades of green. The bottles are cut and shaped in the kiln.
Every person carries their own story throughout life. Sometimes the backpack is quite full, and for some, it's heavier than for others...
This work aims to convey the message to be open to all the changes that come your way, like seaweed gently moving with the flow of the water in which it grows. Live day by day, take life as it comes, but most importantly: celebrate life every day!

Work process
Bottles were used instead of glass sheets because the bottles symbolize the celebration of life's moments. To achieve all the shades of green, I used bottles from various brands of Champagne, Prosecco, and Cava. A total of 130 bottles were recycled.
Recycling empty bottles by thoroughly cleaning them by soaking. All glue residue must be removed because it is important that the glass is clean before it goes into the glass kiln.
